Gaeltacht...

Gawl-teck?

Gwell-tah?

Gail-tack?

Am I even close?

Take the English word "whale", and stick a g in front of it, while still pronouncing the w. That's the first syllable, "Gwale". Second syllable, think of a clock, tick, tock. Take tock and stick a t on the end of it: tockt. Gwaletockt.
