A chairde,

The Gerry Tobin Irish Language School invites all interested in Gaeilge and Irish poetry to its Summer Irish Language Party on Thursday, June 24 at 7:45PM at the AOH Hall in Babylon, Long Island. The party kicks off a new semester of free weekly Irish language classes at all levels and will include readings from An File Ar Buile / The Mad Poet, a book signing by its author Séamas Ó Neachtain, traditional Irish music by Na Buachaillí Dána, and refreshments - all free.

The Gerry Tobin School has just finished celebrating fifteen years of teaching the Irish language and spreading its use as a living language. Open to all, the School provides an extensive program of Irish language instruction, advanced workshops and research in Irish Gaelic literature and culture, and a Virtual Gaeltacht on the internet. For detail, call Jerry Kelly at 516-679-0465.

Tagaigí, agus beidh spraoi agaibh! / Come, and you'll have fun! - Gearóid

Wow! Sounds like great fun! I grew up not far from Babylon but left NY in 1983. If I had only known what I would be missing.
