I just noticed that someone was selling a 1995 Dillon, Myles; O'Croinin, Donncha Teach Yourself Irish : A Complete Course for Beginners with cassettes. and the 1978 book version of TYI Does anyone have either book and can that 1995 actually be the Ó'Sé version of TYI. I e-mailed the seller but haven't gotten a response. |

I have both books. As far as I know the cassettes must be part of the O'Sé version. The Dillon book makes no mention of cassettes being available and I don't think there was a later version. |

I once saw the same thing somewhere. I immediately ordered the book only to find that it was in fact TYI by Ó Sé. They had simply forgot to change the author... I returned the book straight away and got my money back. |

You have both saved me the trouble of owning two Ó Sé books. I don’t really find the book that bad but the tapes sound nothing like what I remember as a child growing up. Go raibh míle maith agaibh. |
