My grandad was originallt from Kerry and just passed on. I would appreciate anyone giving me his name in Irish. It is Magree or Mcgree. For some reason I think it was changed at some stage. Cheers

I see nothing listed for that name. The closest thing I find is Mac Gready (MagRiada)

You may also consider "(O')Greehy"
Ó Gríocha. A variant of Ó Gríobhtha.
Often, the 'Mac' or 'Ó' were dropped from names. Later, the family might add the wrong one back on.
