Dia dhuit,
I am a Hungarian girl, who wish to learn Irish a long-long time ago.
I've been seeking for a teacher in vain- it is probably for my laziness, but mostly the difficult beeing of Gaeilge, that I reach no success as an autodidact. Since I've learnt more languages(spanish, french, english) for ages in my life, I pretty know how important are the first steps, when one become acquainted with a new language that also means a new world.
Unless only praying to the Goddess to send me a teacher I am praying You to help me!
For every prospect teacher I swear I can work hard and persist for a thing I really want to.
Thanks for every help in advance.
Mise, le meas,
Dora Bekesi

Dora, a chara,

I was genuinely touched by your passionate plea for help in learning what is one of the most beautiful languages in the world. I'm sure that with a little more perseverence you'll find the help you require from some of the more professional contributors to this site...

Good luck...

Le meas,
Larry.
