For practice, I've been translating some of the writings posted in the "Articles" section of this web site. Specifically, I've just finished translating "An gCreideann tú i dTaibhsí?" le Barra Ó Donnabháin into English.

Is there someone here who is good in both Gaeilge and Béarla and would be willing to critique my translation? I'm fairly certain it's "correct", as far as that goes, though I'd certainly appreciate being told of any mistakes. What I'm mainly interested in is whether I did well at translating the *flavor* of the story, and how I could do better.

Please email me if you're interested! I can email back a zipped Word document or, if you prefer, plain text.
