Hi,

I am moving to a new house in Mayo and my irish is not that brilliant. I want to name the house 'Little Oak Grove' in gaelic. I believe part of the name will be 'An Darach Doire' ???? I would be so appreciative if someone would respond with the name in Gaelic and a phonetic pronounciation.

Thank you so much

Doire Beag is what I would suggest: a little oak grove. There is also Doirí Beaga in Donegal, which is the plural of Doire Beag.

I like Doire Coille too. It means oak grove.
