Hi

I don't manage to find the thread that was written a couple of weeks ago, where someone explained the way to play Irish recordings slowly (by changing the speed and the pitch so that it's slower but the voices don't become deep) with Audacity.

Can anyone find the thread again for me, or can anyone explain to me that stuff again?

Go rabh míle maith agaibh...

I do that too.
Especially with Welsh songs.

Hi everyone,

You might also want to try BestPractice, which, like Audacity, is available through SourceForge:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/bestpractice/
http://www.xs4all.nl/~mp2004/bp/

Download the installer here:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/bestpractice/files/

Looks like it's only available for Windows.
