On this topic I found some literature: - Stair na Gaeilge: In Omor do Phadraig O'Fiannachta. - From Indo-European to the Individual Celtic Languages. In: D. Ó hAODHA & D.P. Ó BAOILL (Hgg.), Féilscríbhinn. Ghearóid Mhic Eoin, Dublin: Four Courts Press. - McCone, K. (1996). Towards a Relative Chronology of Ancient and Medieval Celtic Sound Change. Maynooth: Department of Old and Middle Irish, St. Patrick's College. Anybody know whether they are good materials? Are there any online reviews? I'm looking for a chronological list or table with all the changes that have occurred in these languages but I find only partial data. |

Stair na Gaeilge is awesome. I don't know the other books yet. Learn Irish pronunciation here: http://loig.cheveau.ifrance.com/irish/irishsounds/irishsounds.html & http://fsii.gaeilge.org/

Is Stair na Gaeilge a bilingual book? When writing your messages, please use the same courtesy that you would show when speaking face-to-face with someone. - Daltaí.com
