I am not certain what is going on with the site...I posted this question a few hours ago. And it was showing on the board like normal...but when I went back to this site it was no longer there?

When I click on the link in my navigation bar, it shows the thread on the board. But when I close out of the site, and then back into it, my thread is gone again???

Is the site having problems? The thread was called Caife???

Anyway...my question was is there a plural for caife meaning coffee?

I get the following from An Foclóir Beag:

caife [ainmneach uatha]
caife [ginideach uatha]
caifí [ainmneach iolra]
caifí [ginideach iolra]

But is this for coffee or café since caife means both? I am assuming this breakdown is for caife meaning café and not coffee, am I correct?

I think 'caiféanna' is in general use.

Your original thread is still up. I just posted to it. But I would think that the plural is just for cafe.
