Maith thu a Aonghuis a chara, ach ta ceiste beag agam. Cen fath duairt tu "modern language" when referring to languages other than Irish and English? It felt odd to me but maybe I just am silly-witted and take things heavily.

French/German etc are referred to in education as "Modern Languages" as opposed to Classical Latin and Greek. |
