Could anyone provide me with English translations of two Sean Nós songs, both sung by Darach Ó Catháin on his album 'Traditional Irish Unaccompanied Singing'?

The two songs are 'Máire Ní Ghríofa' and 'Baile Uí Laí', the latter written by Raftery according to the liner notes. All help and effort greatly appreciated!
