I'd like to know what's the Irish name of the soft part of bread (as opposed to crust)? I can't find it in De Bhaldraithe nor on Acmhainn.ie .

If I'd to guess I'd say "lár" since it's used for pretty much everything else. |

Yes, we say "(de la) mie". In Breton there's a special word as well, that's why I think there must be a word in Irish...
