Can someone please check this for grammatical errors and if it makes sense?

Here it is:

Tá Cónascadh Idirnáisiúnta Gleacaíocht an chomhlachta ceannais an comórtais gleacaíocht.

And this is what I am trying to say:

The International Federation of Gymnastics is the governing body of competitive gymnastics.

I'm not sure if Irish has a mechanism for separating the "subject" and "object" when it comes to copula sentences; I know that there's "ná", but I'm not sure if it's useable in this instance.

Maybe a dumb question, but isn't the definite article needed?

Is í An Chónaidhm Idirnáisiúnta na Gleacaíochta bord rialaithe na gleacíochta iomaíoch.
Ní hé lá na gaoithe lá na scoilbe.
