A Dhomnaill

I have tried to get raidiofailte.com on my computer and I've got it right away but... without sound .
I tried with another computer and that was similar.
Isn't it possible to receive you in France ? I really can't understand why such a thing occurs since it's meant to be working on the web which is as everybody knows www = world wide web!!!. could you explain me? Or give me a clue to be able to receive you ,
