For me, the /x'/ gets done really strong and explosive before a slender l. Is this correct? |

What do you mean by the word "explosive"? Explosive pair of [x'] is [k'], so are you implying there is no séimhiú there? |

No, I meant it in a general way -the /x'/ seems to be forced to be much more strongly articulated, as it feels to be brought forward in the mouth, plus l may eb articulated with greater force, thus forcing the palatal fricative to be stronger than normal. I wondered was this a correct thing to do in speaking |
