Which usage is appropriate for "I'll talk to you when you're leaving". Labhróidh mé leat nuair a bhíonn tú ag fágáil. Labhróidh mé leat nuair atá tú ag fágáil. Labhróidh mé leat nuair a bheidh tú ag fágáil. ? Or would neither of them be used in place of: Labhróidh mé leat agus tú ag fágáil. I'm hesitant to use "atá" because I've learned that it should only be used when speaking about the immediate present.
