Tá mé i mo bhall mar aistritheoir, riarthóir, agus modhnóir Gaeilge ar suíomh gréasáin ilteangaigh darbh ainm Phrasebase: http://www.phrasebase.com .

Is í aidhm an tsuímh seo, lárionad achmainne agus comhphobal teanga a chruthú. Tá sé i gceist ag an suíomh, ábhar foghlama teanga a bhailiú ó níos mó ná 90 teanga, agus daoine ar fud an domhan a chur le chéile, chun a gcuid cultúir agus a dteangacha a roinnt le daoine eile.

Sheol ceann de na riarthóirí fóraim ríomhphost chugham dhá mhí ó shin, agus chur sí iarratas orm, Gaeilge ar chur ar an suíomh seo.

Tá cúig mór chuid ann:

A: Do na daoine atá Gaeilge acu:
1) Teimpléid
2) Tearmaí
3) Tíortha
4) Teangacha

B: Do na daoine atá ag foghlaim na Gaeilge.
5) Frásaí

Tá mé a’ lorg daoine atá suim acu cabhair a thabhairt dom, chun deá-Ghaeilge a chur ar an suíomh seo, chun doras an suíomh ilteangaigh seo a oscailt do fhoghlaim teanga trí mheán na Gaeilge.

Gabh mo seacht leithscéal as mo chuid dhroch-Ghaeilge.

Bhuel, seo iad na haistriúcháin:

Whilst excusing the sometimes grammatical strangeness (one must translate from a database without seeing how it all fits together) it would be great if ye all could descend on the site and ravage what you see. Everything is appreciated, recommended and encouraged: comments, suggestions, criticism, corrections, alternatives, etc.....

I stick out this translation away from myself so say what ye like. The objective is to get the best translation out there. :-)

Le gach dheá-ghuí,
Colm.

Ó, rinne mé dearmad, táimid a' lorg freisin, daoine atá in ann Gaeilge na hAlban, Breatnais, agus Briotáinis a chur ar an suíomh.

Oh, I forgot, we are also look for people who are able to translate the site into Scottish Gaelic, Welsh, and Breton.

Gura maith agaibh,
Colm.
