Dia dhuit,

Ní raibh mé ag aon Weekend Immersion. Is mian liom bí ag an May Weekend seo chugainn. An bhfuil fhios spéisiúil/tábhachtach agaibh níl ar an leathanach? Agus ní thuigim go leor leor Gaeilge ar Daltaí agus ní thuigim go leor daoine anseo (as Gaeilge)... an mbeidh fadhb mhór?

Hello,

I've never been to a weekend immersion. I would like to be at the next May Weekend. Is there any interesting/important information that isn't on the page that I should know? Also, I don't understand lots of Irish written on Daltaí and I don't understand lots of people as Gaeilge on Daltaí .. will that be a big problem at the meet?

I'm sorry for my Irish. I've neglected it and am only just now going back into it in preparation for the weekend...

Rinne Máire gáire gan náire ag an fhaire i nDoire anuraidh.

D'ith damh dubh ubh amh ar neamh.

You'll have a blast. It's a great group of people and a very welcoming and nurturing environment. However, you'll only get out of it what you put into it. Be vigilant and use every bit of Irish that you have!

You'll love it!

I recently relocated to Ireland and would like to take Irish lessons in the Greystones or Bray area. Can someone tell me where to find a school?

Michael,

try http://www.nightcourses.com and search for courses in Irish in Wicklow (or Dublin)
