Caisleán Óir has been translated by Seán Mc Mahon in "The Homes of Donegal" (Mercier Press, 1995). I don't think the whole thing has been translated in book form, though.
It was recently "translated" and adapted into a musical drama:

Additionally, it is also contained in Ciarán Ó Duibhín's excellent "Tobar na Gaedhilge" programme:
