"Séimí Phádraig Duibh" from Caisleán Óir has been translated by Seán Mc Mahon in "The Homes of Donegal" (Mercier Press, 1995). I don't think the whole thing has been translated in book form, though.

It was recently "translated" and adapted into a musical drama: http://www.caisleainoir.com.

Additionally, it is also contained in Ciarán Ó Duibhín's excellent "Tobar na Gaedhilge" programme: http://www.smo.uhi.ac.uk/~oduibhin/tobar/, so if you had difficulty while reading it, the Tobar will be a big help. It's a Windows programme, but will run on Macs with the aid of Virtual PC.
