At the end of "Sickbed of Cuchulain" on a live CD, Shane MacGowan says in Irish (?)

"Shock ois mock Shane gakreesheh."

What do you think? My guess was the gakreesheh was maybe

"go críochnaithe"

(And, you know, you probably can't trust Shane's s and sh sounds.)
