A chairde, Mar eolas daoibh. BBCNI began screening the second series of their Irish language magazine programme SRL on Wednesday 13 October. It screen at 7.00 pm (British/Irish local time)for the next ten weeks. BBCNI is available anywhere in the British Isles on the Sky digital service. One of the regular features of this series will focus on Irish language and Irish language learners in the USA. They did something similar with learners across Europe in the first series, and some of these clips were subsequently available through their website, which can be accessed at http://www.bbc.co.uk/northernireland/irish/srl/index.shtml. Beir bua agus beannacht! Chris |

Is this only available in NI? I've got satellite and get a couple of BBC channels and I think I can get Sky. It might require an additional fee but for this, it would be well worth it! |

It's a shame we don't get this in the US, I'd like to see it. |

Aingeal, a chara, There are some video clips on the website, (link above) so you can see some of the features from the programme in the US - or indeed elsewhere in the world. Beir bua agus beannacht! Chris |
