"Dia dhuit" or "Dia duit", both spellings are accepted. It is never acceptable to spell "Dia" with a "d", though.

I've never seen "heileo", but "hallo" or "haló" are quite common.

on a program called Talk Now the say that "hallo" is "heileo". is that wrong then?

It's tempting to say that everything on Talk Now is wrong... ;-)

It's makes no difference at all whether you pronounce it as "hallo", "haló" or "heileo" but I've never even seen the last one in spelling. Neither have I met a single person finding any point in the Talk Now program. It was discussed here only a few days ago, you can have a look at the discussion here:
