A chairde,
I stumbled across this in the Belfast Telegraph, in a article about Bill Clinton:

"Meanwhile, it has emerged that Mr Clinton is set to learn Irish - thanks to a Londonderry-based language school.

He had expressed an interest in learning the language during a visit to the city in 2001.

And in order to help him get started, the former President was last weekend presented with a self-teaching pack by representatives of An Gaelaras, which offers a wide range of Irish language courses and cultural activities from its base in Derry.

The pack was handed over during Mr Clinton's visit to the Magee campus of the University of Ulster to mark John Hume's appointment to the Tip O'Neill Chair of Peace Studies.

Gearoid O'hEara, strategic director of An Gaelaras, said the former US President was delighted with to receive the Tus Maith course.

"When I presented him with the course he was delighted and grateful for the gesture made," said Mr O'hEara."

Le meas, Paul

Definitely to keep him out. Cén gaeilge atá ar "cigar", agus "I didn't have sex with that woman...." agus "that depends on what your definition of is, is"......sorry--my politics is showing through again. I'll stop.

Le meas,

James
