Where in Germany?
Try your local Volkshochschule, some of them have Irish courses.
Also, some of the Universities have Celtic Studies Departments where you might find an Irish Teacher.
The Humboldt in Berlin had, but it's been disbanded.
Freiburg University definitely has.
There may be a Deutsch-Irische Gesellschaft in your area who might be able to put you in touch with a teacher.
