I would like the phonetic pronunciation in english to irish gaelic ratio.

See the "Pronunciation Key" here in the Daltaí website. You'll be able to hear the sounds. You can then refine that by going on to the phrase lists, where you can click to hear the phrases pronounced by a native speaker. The most important words of advice: Mind your broad and slender consonants. And be patient with the spelling system used to express Irish sounds.
