Daltaí Na Gaeilge (Students of Gaelic) is a non-profit organization that provides a setting where students can learn and practice the Irish language in an atmosphere where "Irish" is the "First" language. "Satharn Na nGael", the shortest of the immersion courses, consists of language classes and workshops for music, singing and dancing, followed by a Céilí and party in the evening. The "Satharn Na nGael" is oriented to beginners but intermediate and advanced classes will also be available. The only requirement for attendance is a desire to learn and a willingness to comply with the Rule: Irish will be spoken at all times, to the best of one's ability. (Don't worry, English speaking guides will be available.) Participation in language classes is mandatory. Workshops are optional. We hope that you can join us for this event.
