Seo an fáth go bhfuil sé tábhachtach go bhfuil níos mó ná teanga amháin ag duine.

Dá  mbeadh Béarla ag an dream a chuireann an "nuacht" seo amach, chabhródh sé. Níl aon maitheas i Murdoch agus an seafóid a scaipeann sé. 'Aon scéal agat ó dhaoine a thuigeann cad is nuacht ann?

A (Unregistered Guest) nimhnigh,

Ná cuir do chuid meds ar leataobh inniu. Is léir go mbíonn tú ar buile aon uair a fheiceann tú an focal Fox.
Fox fox fox fox fox fox fox fox. Anois, beidh na gardaí in ann tusa a fháil.

Seo rud eile nach léifidh tú:

DAS, aon mhaitheas.

A Chaitríona, an tusa atá ann? Feicim go dtáinig an tcht thuas ó California State University Northridge, agus dúirt tú go bhfuil tú ag foghlaim Spáinnise ansin. Thug mé faoi deara tamall ó shin gur nós leat uaschamóg a scríobh roimh 'Bhfuil, agus feicim an uaschamóg chéanna roimh 'Aon thuas. Ní troll é an duine a bhfuil aithne againn air/uirthi. Fáilte ar ais! ach faoi d'ainm féin, tá go maith?

Nach uafásach an scéal é. Cuireann sé scéal deartháir an Ath Ó Fiannachta i gcuimhne dom. Leanbh óg a bhí ann agus bhuail tinneas éigin é. Tógadh isteach ag an oispidéal i dTrailí é - as Corca Dhuibne iad muintir Fiannachta - agus fuair an lead óg básd ann. Nuair a chuaig an clann isteach chuig an oispidéal chuala siad an sceál agus dúradh leo go raibh sé ag lorg a "duck". Cheap siad gut bréagáin de shaghas a bhí uatha ach ní raibh Béarla ag an leaanbh bocht agus deoch a bhí á lorg aige...

Léigh mé úrscéal tamall ó shin faoi Indiach Lakota a bhí ina bhall den Wild West Show a bhí ag déanamh cuairt na Fraince ag an am sin, thiar in ochtóidí nó nóchaidí an ochtú haois déag. Buaileadh tinn é i Marseilles. Tugadh chuig an ospidéal é. Ní raibh Fraincis ná Béarla aige, agus ligeadh ansin san ospidéal é nuair a d'fhág an Seó an Fhrainc ar ghaltán ar ais go Meiriceá. Bhí sé cosúil leis an mbean úd i Chiang Mai, ach d'éirigh leis saol nua a chruthú dó féin sa Fhrainc, ní gan dua. The Heartsong of Charging Elk an teideal atá air.
