I was doing some googling earlier for the term Daoldulach which is used in a 1935 version of the Rúaríocht (Duḃṫaċ Daoldulaċ verus Duḃṫaċ Doélteanga). Anyways I came across a work from 1825 called:
"A Gaelic dictionary in two parts:
Gaelic and English - English and Gaelic" It was published in London by Robert Archibald Armstrong. Now it's obviously more geared towards Gàdhlig but I thought people might find it an interesting resource. Especially as there are probably cognitives in Irish for alot of the words.

The 1935 sean cló version of the Rúaríocht can be found here: http://www.folkplanet.com/seanchlo/ruraiocht/index.html
