Woulfe has "Beineón" not "Beinean", which looks unusual as it doesn't seem to have a long vowel in the second syllable or end in -eann, as one would expect. Woulfe makes no mention of Inis but I presume you're using it in the sense of "island" à la River Phoenix? Nothing wrong with that of course.

No, "aois" or "aos" means "age". "Aoise" being the genitive singular of the feminine form. Are you getting confused with Aoife? Woulfe makes no mention of Aoise as a personal name. Whatever you do, please make sure that when the child's name is registered that you actually choose something that conforms to Irish orthography. I was reading the Sindo (I didn't buy it!) the other day and spotted someone called "Aoifa"! And no it wasn't a typo as the name was mentioned at least four times with the same erroneous spelling.
Anyway Woulfe and Ó Droighneáin both have many personal names to choose from.
