Ceist agam oraibh, a chairde / I have a question: How would this sentence be expressed in English "Ní troimide an loch an lacha."?

I know "loch" and "lacha" but apart from the literal translation what does it mean? Why and in what context might it be used?

Are there other structures like this?

Tá leathrann eile a théann leis;

Ní troimide an cholainn an chiall

Léiríonn sin an chiall, sílim.
