In simple sentences like:
Tá an tae milis.
Tá an madra fíochmhar.
Tá an fear cóir.

I know how to ask a question about the noun, thus:
an tae milis. - Cad atá milis?
an madra fíochmhar. - Cad atá fíochmhar?
an fear cóir. - atá cóir?

But how am I suppose to ask about the adjective?

"Cén chuma atá ar an tae?" comes to my mind, but it seems to be just a question about its outer appearance, so I could ask such a question if the tea was dark or red but whether it is sweet I know only by tasting it.
Is there only one and the same type of question I could use to ask about those adjectives? Because I just can't hit on it.

But how am I suppose to ask about the adjective?

Conas mar atá an tae?

How would you say it in English?

How is the tea?

What would the answer be? Black? Hot? Sweet? Fine?

If you are trying to elicit the adjective "sweet" as an answer, you would have to be more specific.

How does the tea taste?

Is the tea sweet?

Conas mar a bhlaiseann an tae?

An bhfuil an tae milis?

Is geal leis an bhfiach dubh a ghearrcach féin.

Thank you, Ormondo. I didn't know it was like in English.
But do I really need mar afer conas? Conas is used mainly in Munster, in Ulster, for instance, you would use Cad é mar, in Connacht Cén chaoi, thus:
Conas mar atá an tae? - Munster
Cad é mar mar atá an tae? - Ulster
Cén chaoi mar atá an tae? - Connacht
????

Then, what is the difference between:
Conas mar a déarfá? vs Conas a déarfá?
Conas mar atá tú? vs Conas atá tú?
And:
quote:

Conas mar a bhlaiseann an tae?

vs Conas a bhlaiseann an tae?
