The nearest I have come across would be someting like this:
http://www.litriocht.com/shop/product_info.php?products_id=4370 from Maolmhaodhóg Ó Ruairc. It deals primarily with translation but style, of course, is a major aspect of this too.
Here is another one in the same vein:
http://www.litriocht.com/shop/product_info.php?products_id=835 from Antain Mac Lochlainn which might be the one to start with as it is more "approachable".
(By the way, Antain Mac Lochlainn teaches grammar on BBC/NI - worth looking at:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/northernireland/irish/blas/learners/index.shtml)
This is an article/treatise on acmhainn.ie:
http://www.acmhainn.ie/athchlo/lorganbhearla/lorg01.htm (I wonder how up-to-date these views are.)
