I am due to say a prayer of the faithful at a funeral tomorrow and have been debating about having a try doing it in Gaeilge. Would someone be kind enough to translate the following for me please.

We pray for those who care for the sick and housebound. We give thanks for the skills and the commitment of doctors, nurses and carers. May they continue to reflect the compassion and healing of God who is made known to us in Christ. Lord hear us

I would appreciate any help

thanks

I hope this is not too late.

Guímid ar a son siúd atá tinn agus gafa sa teach.
Gabhaimid buíochas as ucht cumas agus tiomantas dochtúirí, altraí agus cúramóirí.
Go leana siad orthu a bheith ina scátháin ar thaise agus leigheas Dé, a chuireann muid eolas Air i gCríost

A Thiarna, éist linn
