I heard a word from a friend who spent time in Corca Dhuibhne. Scibis Tae (pronounced Skibish) I would love if someone could give me a source validating this word. If not are there any other words of Gaelic origin for a cup? |

I think that word was mentioned tomás o'crohán's book the Island Man, where they had to go to valentia to retrieve their boats or something along those lines. |

I think this is a word for a small amount rather than a cup. |
