Is Cén chaoi a bhfuil tú pronounced uniformly throughout Conamara?

Also, is Cén chaoi a bhfuil tú and Cé' chaoi bhfuil tú pronounced the same? Cén v Cé?

I hear 'Cé' only on cds and tapes from Conamara.Nodody seems to vocalise the 'a' part either.

So far I heard only this sentence pronounced as if it were spelt "Cé chaoi bhfuil tú?" by Connemara people. But wait till Connemara people answer, they know better than me!
