Brón orm, tá ceist bheag eile agam a chur oraibh (tá súil a'm go mbeidh sí sách éasca ar aon chaoi!)

D'úirt bean liom inniu 'an leat/an leatsa an mála seo' agus d'fhreagair é le 'tá'.. ! Rinne mé dearmad ar 'is liom/ní liom' mar fhreagairt.

An mbíonn cainteoirí dúchais ag úsáid 'is liom/ní liom' i gcónaí? Nó an mbíonn 'sea' á rá freisin, b'fhéidir? Mar fhreagra níos simplí?
Tá mé ag iarraidh an rud ceart nádúrtha a rá, mar sin má tá 'sea' crapáilte sa chás sin, tá sé crapáilte!
GRMA!

Cén fáth a bhfuil brón ort? Sin ceann de na haidhmanna ar an bhfóram seo leis an nGaeilge a chur chun cinn agus ag cúnamh daoine lena gcuid Gaeilge am ar bith.

An leatsa an mála seo = Is this your bag
Is liom = yes
Ní liom = nó

Ní féidir leat le tá a fhreagairt ach le ceistachaí le ''bhfuil'' air amháin.

Gaeilge go deo!

tá fhios a'd, nuair atá tú ag labhairt le cainteoirí dúchais titeanns rudaí éagsúla as do bhéal uaireantaí :D

An cheist a bhí agam ná an gceapann tú go bhfuil 'sea' á úsáid ag cainteoirí dúchais in áit 'is liom/ní liom'. Tá mé ag ceapadh go bhfuil seans ann go mbíonn.. would they really always answer with 'ní liom/is liom' although they are the 'proper' answers :)

Rith sé liom anocht..

De réir mo thaithí féin, freagraíonn daoine le "is liom" i ndáiríre.

An té a d'fhreagródh "sea" ar cheist dar tús "an leatsa...?", sin é an saghas céanna duine a deir "tá mé fear" agus a leithéidí.

...leithéidí "Beidh mé ag feiceáil sibh", "An bfhuil tú ag léamh iad anois?","Bíonn sí ag fónáil mé i gcónaí"? Cainteoirí dúchais óga iad uilig a pheacaigh go trom le Béarlachas.

Tá a fhios am go bhfuil tú ag foghlaim Gaeilge Chonamara, mar sin de deir siad ''scaití'' i gConamara do in áit ''uaireanta''. :-)

Tá "uaireanta" ann, ceart go leor.

Is rud maith é ceisteanna a chur nuair atá tú ag foghlaim..

Agus just maidir leis an gcúis mar chuir mé an cheist, tá 'an.... é' san abairt 'an leatsa é' agus is mar gheall ar sin gur cheap mé go mba fhéidir go raibh 'sea' á úsáid 'colloquially' fiú ag na cainteoirí Ghaeilge dílise.

(Tá mé fós ag foghlaim agus béidh go leor botúin ann so leanaigí ar aghaidh ag ceartú más mian libh).

Maidir le 'uaireantaí' bhí 'scaití' cloiste agam freisin ach is feárr liom 'uaireantaí'. Níl fhios agam cén fáth go díreach.

Ach cinnte.. is rud maith é bheith ag cur ceisteanna agus ag foghlaim uaidh sibhse.

Deirtear ''dearmad'' do ''mistake'' i gConamara.

Tír Chonaill: meancóg
Conamara: dearmad
Cúige Mumhain & CO: botún
