I have the first issue.

I've been long fingering blogging it.

It has some good stuff - but I'd read bits of that online. I tend to only skim poetry, but that is me.

I found the historical bits about the Philo celtic society interesting, especially the reproductions of press articles from the 1930s.

I'd give it 6 out of 10.
