I'm looking for an Irish phrase which more-or-less expresses the following:
'I left my heart in Ireland'.
Or something similar like 'Part of me remains in Ireland'.
It's not for a tattoo. A literal translation is okay.

Go raibh míle maith agaibh. Remind me, the difference between Éirinn and Éireann? One is the dative form? Éireann is the genetive form, as in Mná na hÉireann, but:
in Ireland- in Éirinn.
Ní shíocháin go saoirse!
