"Pearsantacht" is probably the word you want, although there are other possibilities.

What context? i.e. what do you mean by personality? It is a very loose word in English.

Hi Guys,

Thanks for responding. The context in which i need the translation is that of a scientific description. i.e. The behavioural, emotional and mental characteristics of someone. pretty much a literal dictionary translation.
