Dia duit!

Since I'm still a beginner, I won't try to embarrass myself in Irish.:)

A few of us have started an online petition to add an Irish Language setting to Facebook. With over 300,000 speakers and students of the language, we believe it to be a worthy cause.

Please take a moment to sign, and pass this link to anyone else you think may be interested.

Go raibh maith agat!:)

Actually it already has an Irish version (even though the Irish translations are not always good...). I use Facebook in its Irish version...

Learn Irish pronunciation here: http://loig.cheveau.ifrance.com/irish/irishsounds/irishsounds.html & http://fsii.gaeilge.org/

I believe you need to sign up as a translator in order to get the Irish-language setting as an option. It doesn't appear as an option for the masses, probably because the localization hasn't been finalized.

Yep, ní fheicim é. I can see a big list of languages, but no Gaeilge.
