These are mostly for Children, but you will get a book with them. They feature native speakers (by the narrowest definition you choose!)

Rabhlaí Rabhlaí (Munster)

Scéilín Ó Bheilín (Munster)

Gugalaí Gug (Connacht)
http://www.litriocht.com/shop/product_info.php?products_id=3598

The foregoing all have a mix of voices, young and old.

Single speakers:
Ó Bhéal an Bhab (Corca Dhuibhne) (Bab Feiritéar, ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam)

Cathal Coinín Agus Cairde Beaga Eile (Gearóidín Breatnach, Ulster)

I own all of these; and can answer for them. There are others, but I don't have them. Perhaps other people can add to the list.

Seoda ár Sinsear, Eddie Bheairtle Ó Conghaile (Conamara)

Tá an ceann seo ceaptha mar bhailiúchán scéalta do na gasúir, ach pé scéal é, bainim an-taithneamh as na scéilíní beaga cliste agus, ar ndóigh, cuid Gaeilge den chéad scoth Eddie Bheairtle Uí Chonghaile:

Another awesome book + CDs for parents who want to speak Irish with their children : Gaschaint.

http://www.litriocht.com/shop/product_info.php?products_id=3883

It's a collection of common phrases you may use in almost all circumstances of life with your children : on every double page there are 4 columns: English, Munster Irish, Connemara Irish and Ulster Irish.
There are 6 CDs (2 in each dialect) where all sentences are recorded by native speakers (with the Gaeltacht accent as in everyday speech).
Even for those who don't have children it's very useful to learn everyday things (that you can't always find in the other learning books).

Learn Irish pronunciation here: http://loig.cheveau.ifrance.com/irish/irishsounds/irishsounds.html & http://fsii.gaeilge.org/
