tiomántán crua fíorúil - there doesn't seem to be an approved version of that particular combination, but if there were one I think it's obvious it would be that. There's no need to inflect the second adjective.

O.S'eanna - same comment as above, more or less. In any case, why not just use "córais oibriúcháin"?

Now I see what you're getting at!

"Tiomántán crua fíorúil" is a noun followed by two adjectives. An adjective doesn't take the genitive after a noun unless the noun itself is in the genitive case.

You are thinking about when a noun follows a noun in an expression like "bank statement" - which is "ráiteas bainc". In this kind of expression the Irish language does not allow the second noun to be just left standing there in the nominative; it has to be tied back to the first noun by putting it into the genitive - "statement of bank".
