Following on from listening to Des Bishop in interview there it got me thinking that his Irish was interspersed with English 'hesitation sounds ' such as 'like..' ' you know..' etc

does a list of Irish interjections exist for humming and hahhing your way to the next sentence ?

I don't have a list, but there are plenty interspersed amonst the transcripts of native speakers in Bearn's "Favorite Resources part 3":
