In relation to the Community Warden in Spidil, the issue was not about the ticket, my witness wasn't present on the day and the sitting for the Circuit Court will be soon, Sean O Curraoin of Commisioner Teanga, took the case privately, as the Warden should have Communicated as Gaeilge, as well as that there was no truck, also I wasn't parked, I picked up a passenger, surely one has to be stantionary also yellow box.......

Also, for your information all the Guards out in Spidil speaks to you as Gaeilge, so I answer them back as Gaeilge. Its manners, also the Warden didn't give me any Ticket he posted it. Do you honestly, think, that I would waste my time, or take time to sit in Court and going to sit in Circuit Court, for only, that this Guy was out of order, he highly insulted us, and used bad language, that I didn't say in Court. Further more, I was pulling out with the passsenger, when he was running across the yellow lines, so I stopped it was NOVEMBER, as the date is wrong in the article....
Watch this space, I will be back, I have paid 700e, I have paid more in LEGAL Costs, so its not the parking ticket, the principle, more after the court, as Commissioner wasn't able get involved, as Court was due, now he can take the case. I will not take to Community Warden, whom is not economical with the truth!
