Well this is a good place to start, if you're looking for info on where to find lessons etc. Whereabouts do you reside? I ask because IF you are outside the US, I can point you to another excellent website for Irish learners, that helps you to find classes, groups, learners and teachers globally (as well as a WHOLE lot more fun stuff). Most importantly, practice, practice, immerse yourself, surround yourself in the language as much as you can. And KEEP telling yourself you CAN do this, no matter how hard the learning curves it throws at you, 'cause Boy Howdy it can be a doozy....
