That is another thing linguists reject to write.
The only etymological dictionary I know is McBain's dictionary.
But it is Scottish Gaelic and rather old (1911, reprinted 1982).

Tá obair níos fearr ná MacBain ar fáil, ach níl sé críochnaithe fós. Lexique étymologique de l'irlandais ancien (LEIA) atá mé a rá. Tá na litreacha A-D agus M-U ar fáil anois, le bearn mhór sa lár. P.-Y. Lambert atá i bhfeighil air anois. DIAS an foilsitheoir:

GRMA. Dar liomsa is í an sanaseolaíocht sórt fhoras feasa ar fhocail. A luaithe fréamh fhocail a bheith iniúchta is annamh a dhéantar dearmad ar a chiall. Táim díreach tar éis an leabhar a chur ar mo mhianliosta Nollag! Tá dúil chráite an snaga bhric agam i leabhair shuimiúla!
