Just wondering how you say these two phrases as Gaeilge.

"Kind regards"

"Thank you for your help and support"

Thanks in advance

I've occasionally emailed queries to TG4 and RnaG starting with basic Irish intros and endings (the most I can manage right now) and almost always received either "le gach beannacht" or simply "gach beannacht" at the end.

Is this another way of saying kind regards or with kindest regards?

It means "with every blessing", so yes.

So I would be correct in saying

"Go raibh míle maith agaibh"

le gach beannacht
