How do you say

Close yere eyes.Is it

"Dunagí bhur suile"

Also if you ask a question like the following

Q: Cad é seo?[ Leabhar]

Should the answer always be Seo é leabhar? or is the answer: Is leabhar é.

Q: Cad é seo?

A: Seo leabhar. (This is a book.)
or Seo é an leabhar. (This is the book.)

I'm still learning but I am pretty sure this is right.

Tá an cheart agat a WFM, ach is féidir "Is leabhar é" a rá freisin.

Dúnaigí bhur súile

Taispeáinfidh mé pictiúr den ghrian ag taitneamh agus ceann eile den ghaoth ag séideadh dóibh.

It's late so wait for proofreaders...

quote:

"Dunagí bhur suile"

Dúnaigí bhur súile (Standard Irish)
Druidigí mur súile (Ulster)

quote:

Q: Cad é seo?[ Leabhar]

Should the answer always be Seo é leabhar? or is the answer: Is leabhar é.

Is leabhar é / Is leabhar é seo.
"Seo é leabhar" sounds odd to me.

quote:

Taispeáinfidh mé pictiúr den ghrian ag taitneamh agus ceann eile den ghaoth ag séideadh dóibh.

I’d say:

Taispeánfaidh mé dóibh pictiúr den ghrian ag taitneamh agus ceann eile den ghaoth ag séideadh.

By the way I wonder how you can make a picture of the wind !!!
