I'm not sure - pronunciation of placenames varies from area to area in the Galltacht, influenced by the dialect spoken there when Irish was alive.
I assume you mean the place in Clare - I'd expect the pronuciation to be quite close to the Irish, something like
Ralaheen
But I might be completely wrong!

There is a housing estate in South Dublin by this name. A friend of mine lived there and he pronounced it RalaHINE (as in mine)
